My show will feature music in the jazz idiom from 100 years ago to the present.  Some shows will feature recording artists from a specific era of those 100 years, such as the swing era, the bebop era, the fusion era.  I may feature recordings by trumpet players or sax players or vocalists or pianists, or a mix of styles & eras. I am a jazz musician and will feature my own work and other area artists with interviews and performances

Hosted by Ken Irwin, Jubilation Jazz brings you what’s happening in the world of creative improvised music today, with looks back at the great heritage of so-called Jazz and African American music. Jubilation will feature the latest music by today’s artists who are taking Jazz into the 21st Century, and also present performances by the masters who created the music.
